EPOCH Estate Wines is a winery with layers of history, vineyards that stretch as far west Paso Robles as you can get, Texan owners, and a dynamic award-winning woman winemaker. EPOCH approached Acacia Productions ripe for story telling. From their unique soils across their Paderewski, Catapult, and York Mountain vineyards along with their close proximity to the ocean, the stunning terroir speaks for itself.
We have been documenting the seasons and the methods that lend to a wine that is both best experienced at their historic winery and collected for future enjoyment. Winemaker Jordan has innovated a form for expressing the textures of wine through drawings calling it Vinpressions. We captured the story that will be played along displays in art museums wine experience workshops throughout the nation.
