Laetitia Vineyard & Winery has been a long standing winery off the Pacific Coast of California in the Arroyo Grande Valley. Originally known for Méthode Champenoise sparkling wines, Laetitia has been making sparkling for over thirty years but also handcrafts Estate Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and more. They have been practicing sustainability since their inception and were one of the first SIP Certified wineries; leading the movement modestly. Laetitia approached Acacia Productions to bring their stories of sustainability and sparkling wine to life for the first time through films and photography.
